Sooth the soul

When life is getting a bit tough I turn to a beautiful relaxing blend by Wellington company T Leaf T called "Restful". It is a herbal tea with lots of soothing flowers in there like Lavender, Rose and Chamomile so if you think what it would be like to sit in a garden surrounded by these flowers you can't stay down for long. It is a great tea just before bed too.

Small bit of sad occasion

I think any tea with a citrus in it, is great for those days like today when you are a little down, be-it because it is the most beautiful day outside and you are at work — or that the end of an era has occurred in the passing of Apple's, Steve Jobs.

I am enjoying the classic Earl Gray. With a hint of bergamot it is sure to elevate your spirits. I also enjoyed this with a beautiful Raspberry and Chocolate Meringue from Little and Friday hand delivered by my amazing pod buddy at work.

A tea for beginnings

It's simple. I have a few recurring loves in my life. One is people. One is books. One is Aromatherapy. One is food. However the one that has been there the longest and never failed me is my love of tea. I have been trying out tea of all varieties for so many years now and I thought I would start sharing some of my finds and a little of my stories relating to them along the way. My nickname is also T.

I hope you will soon love tea as much as me.
